God damn, does time fly by in college.

Sorry for abandoning this place and leaving you all hanging for so long. Between classes, homework, insomnia (and subsequently afternoon snoozes), and work, I've been left with so little me-time it's not even funny. Thankfully it's getting colder and I'm beginning to sleep well enough not to require a daily nap after morning classes (the dorm has heating, but no AC. Go figure), leaving me with a substantially looser schedule. It's time to finally chew through my titanically backed-up inbox...

Speaking of work, yes. I've gotten a job at the school's independent newspaper as a freelance graphic artist! My terrifying handiwork has been published twice now, once on the front page, and with a few more on deck. I'd post them here, but I'm unsure if that would fly well with the Exponent, dunno if they own the rights to it or whatever, but it's seriously the only finished artwork I've completed since I came here in August. Will probably speak to the graphics desk about it eventually.

That all being said, life is extremely sedentary otherwise, and now I need to play catch-up here. Seeing as they're more contemporary in nature than drawings, I may only briefly leaf through all the journal entries in the inbox. If anyone has any news to share about themself I'm all ears!
